Camera Time: Beyonce's Upcoming 'Epic' Role

According to reports, Beyonce has landed a role in an upcoming animated feature 'Epic' which is to be released  mid next year. The movie follows a battle between good and evil as a teenage girl magically transports  herself into a secret universe, where she and a cast of adventurous, fun characters unite to save the world. She would be working along with other Hollywood stars such as Colin Farrell and Steven Tyler as well as the developers of Ice Age and Rio.
This would be her first animated feature role and her first confirmed movie role since the birth of her daughter in January. More details on A Star Is Born are yet to be revealed.

Confirmed: Watch The Throne 2

After months of speculating whether there would be a Watch The Throne 2 in the future producer Mike Dean confirmed in an interview with Quiet Lunch that there WILL be a WTT2 in the works. Mike Dean who has closely worked with Kanye West since his Graduation days also mentioned that no material has being recorded just yet but he is currently working on other projects such as G.O.O.D Music's album Cruel Summer which is to be released later on this year hopefully. Whilst husband Jay-Z continues to slay on his joint European WTT Tour with Kanye West, tonight the #Beyhive would be able to witness Miss Beyonce Knowles take to the stage for the first time in a year at the grand opening of  New Jersey's Revel Ovation Hall. 

She would be performing numerous times on the enormous stage (it's huuggee) between today (25th) and 28th of May, most which have sold out. (You can still purchase tickets here (VIP only)).

Currently in the US in hopes to achieve her dreams as a global superstar, she stopped by to speak to Perez Hilton. They talk about X Factor and her opinions on the new judging panel, working with L.A. Reid, her album and many more. You can read some excerpts below or you can watch the video here:

 Perez: Are you a big Britney fan?

Cher: I have always been quite a big Britney fan. There's something about her, and I think she's going to great. I think I'm excited to see her do [watch above]. 

Perez: Everybody will watch that first show. The real test will be well the live shows; the first live show will be the real test, and then going after that. I just hope they prerecord. I do, because I don't think going live with Britney is going to be good anybody. 

Cher: I do, which you know what, the beauty about live television is you make mistakes, and I love that. I do it all the time. I slur my words, I don't know what I'm talking about, it's great.

Perez: Very young. What has surprised you the most about being a successful recording artist now, and being famous?

Cher: What surprised me the most? I think what surprised me is its only say ten, 20% of the time, I get to be on stage, and that really makes me sad. But I understand, I understand there's lots of different things I have to do to make sure that people come and watch me on stage. But it's kind of like a thing that I, I have a love/hate relationship with. I want to be on stage more. 

Perez: You actually like touring?

Cher: Yes, I love, I love singing live. I think that's the part that the real artist comes out in me.

Perez: Do you get nervous? You don't get nervous?

Cher: Oh yes, oh yes.

Perez: You do? But you still love it?

Cher: Extremely. Like I'm too completely different people. Backstage I am a nervous wreck, I'm actually nearly crying. And then as soon as my foot goes on the stage, that's it, I'm a different person.

Last night I had the chance to attend one of the most anticipated tours ever at London's O2 Arena: Watch The Throne. Unfortunately, I didn't record any footage or take photos because I was too excited and wanted to cherish that moment mentally in which I will always remember that epic tour. If you live in Europe and you are a Jay Z or Kanye fan, I strongly advise you purchase tickets...ITS FUCKIN EPIC!!!

In Local News: Omarion Finds A Home

Since being dropped from Young Money in 2010, former B2K member Omarion was on the journey to find another record label to help revive his career and relevancy in the music industry. Two years later another rap veteran, Rick Ross had announced at a recent press conference that Omarion had signed to his record label, Maybach Music joining the likes of Wale, Meek Mill and French Montana and will release his new EP along with his new single, Let's Talk featuring Ross himself. Read below as to what Rick Ross had to say:

“I ran into the homie, we had a few conversations and I flew him down to Miami and he played me a dozen records,” he said. “I was amazed by the music he put together. We had a few conversations and we made a situation happen.”

“He’s a phenomenal entertainer. His dancing is incredible. He’s an actor, he’s a writer. I thought it would be a great move for both of us. I’ve been looking to enter the R&B arena, I felt he was the best artist to kick the doors open.”

Oh and he also announced a new name change in relation to this; From today onwards he shall be known as Maybach O. Random but okay.
