Get Ready: Beyonce readies her HBO documentary

The Queen is ready to take up her throne once again next year with her upcoming projects. Apparently she is currently in the studio recording her fifth solo album and preparing for her once-in-a-lifetime performance at the Super Bowl with a "tell-all" documentary on HBO to follow-up.
Judging from the trailer, I assume that she will be revealing more on her personal life (pregnancy, marriage) than her work life which most know of from previous mini documentaries she's released.

Interview: Who Is Rita Ora?

It has only been four months since Rita took the music scene by storm by unleashing her debut singles, R.I.P and How We Do (Party) but many don't know who she is beyond the spotlight as many critics have sheltered her under Rihanna's umbrella of stardom. Speaking to Complex she discusses about working with Jay Z, Eurovision Song Contest she had participated in, her tattoos and many more. Read some excerpts below and after the jump.
Working with Jay Z:
“Working with Jay has always been an honor for me from three years ago to now. My view hasn’t changed. I’m so happy to be part of a great family and to be part of a voice that is hugely respected in the music industry and to be under his wing is just really lucky but also an amazing learning experience as an artist. I’m just around these amazingly talented people that have been doing this for a long time and to have them worry about me and stuff like that is great. I just hope I do everybody justice.
Eurovison Song Contest:
“Before I got signed, this opportunity came my way and I didn’t really know a lot about the contest. I didn’t really watch it but I thought it was my last shot. There was a time, from when I was 16 to 18, where I was like, ‘What am I doing with myself?’ I was lost and I didn’t really have that much to do. I just felt like I didn’t know what was going to happen to me so I thought that was my last chance.

*Giggles*: Beyonce says Blue looks like Jay

Blue Ivy is to be 3 months this coming Sunday but till this day many are still debating as to which parent she resembles the most, well according to King B she seems to think she looks like her father, Hova.
Underrated RocNation artist, Melanie Fiona told to US Weekly a few weeks back that Bey has mentioned that Blue looks more and more like Jay-Z all the time. She also added that since the birth of their daughter, Jay and Bey has been on top of the moon ever since.
"He's in a good mood all the time! And for Beyonce, she is just so happy, I've seen Bey like three times since she's had the baby and she is just glowing and saying that [motherhood] is the best, and she just loves it!"
Rihanna also spoke to Capital FM about Ivy's resemblence to Jay Z saying that she is beautiful.
"You couldn't get more perfect than that child, she's beautiful and she really is Jay Z's twin. Its hilarious. She's beautiful."
